Nathalie Hazenberg, who wrote the book ‘Give me a BREAK’, decided to donate the entire earnings to KidsRights! Within a couple of months almost all of the 750 books were sold, with earnings exceeding €7.500.

‘Give me a BREAK’ is about people who work tirelessly for good causes, but come across challenges. It is about people who feel the need to change the way things are done, but don’t know where to start. It is about an important breakthrough achieved by using our entire human capacity.

The ideas within Nathalie’s book are in line with the idea behind the KidsRights’ changemakers movement. The KidsRights Changemakers also set the world in motion through their inspirational actions in order to bring about change.

“These young and inspiring changemakers are the new generation of breakthrough thinkers.” according to Nathalie.

Nathalie donated the entire revenue of the first print to those changemakers, one of whom is the 7-year-old José from Peru. Jose founded the first ecological bank for children aiming at fighting poverty between children. Read here how José achieves this exactly.

The second print of Nathalie’s ‘Give me a BREAK’ is now on sale at YouBeDo.nl. YouBeDo will donate 12% of each purchase to KidsRights, which makes reading it even more fun!

We are incredibly thankful for Nathalie’s support towards the KidsRights’ changemakers all over the world.
