The prestigious Prize, launched by KidsRights in 2005, is awarded annually to a child who has shown special dedication and fought courageously for children’s rights. Last year, Nav and Vihaan Agarwal from India won the International Children’s Peace Prize for their fight against air pollution.

All nominations for the International Children’s Peace Prize were reviewed by the Expert Committee. The Expert Committee has the heavy responsibility of deliberating the different nominations and choosing the winner of the 2022 International Children’s Peace Prize.

You can see some of the impressive and hopeful stories of nominees on our website and through our social media channels.
