Thakur Rudra Pratap Singh

I didn’t wait for the world to change for me; I learned, built, and spoke until it made space; when children claim their voice early, the future stops being a promise and starts becoming power.

Thakur Rudra Pratap Singh

Thakur Rudra Pratap Singh (16), grew up in Rudrapur, a small town in northern India, in a low-income family where financial constraints shaped daily life. Despite limited resources, his intellectual curiosity and self-driven learning stood out early on—and growing up this way made him keenly aware that many talented children get overlooked simply because of where they come from.

His own success became a platform to help others: as the CBSE Class 10 National Topper of 2025, he now mentors children from low-income and small-town backgrounds, helping them access quality education and merit-based opportunities. He has mentored over 5,000 students through online masterclasses and guidance sessions, and as a Sardar Young Leader under India’s Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, he leads youth communities on leadership and civic values. He also runs on-ground workshops on child rights and gender equality, reaching thousands of students with rights-based learning.
