Ali is a scout leader for the Al Kawthar School Scouts. He works with younger children in many domains such as sports, arts and crafts, camping techniques. Moreover, he has shown great sympathy with international crises that affect young children and has written and presented poetry and prose concerning this. Ali is also avid in helping young children in orphanage centres as well as raising money for malnourished Yemeni children. He has participated in campaigns designed to raise money for children suffering in impoverished and war-torn regions (such as Yemen), where he initiated awareness campaigns in his school for all grade levels.
