Due to poverty Ameck’s parents could not pay her school fees. tTis has motivated her to start advocating for education for girls. Ameck started a Girl Up Club in her community in order to advanced gender equality movement in education for girls from poor background, slums, children with disabilities and refugee children. She has hosted public events to raise awareness on the importance of education for the Girl child and to prevent child marriage. She has also started a sports club for adolescent girls in her community to help save girls from child marriage and mental health.
