Anoushka, 16, from India, turned her personal experience of severe bullying into a nationwide movement advocating for adolescent mental health and anti-bullying initiatives. She founded ABS (Anti-Bullying Squad) and developed Kavach, a mobile app that allows students to safely report bullying and access mental health resources. Supported by her parents, mentors, and platforms such as Shark Tank India and the IB Global Youth Action Fund, Anoushka has scaled her work globally, reaching thousands of schools and students.
Through workshops, online sessions, and speaking engagements—including a TED Talk and the Harvard MUN Impact Initiative—Anoushka has directly impacted over two million children, teachers, and parents. She has trained nearly 300 Anti-Bullying Ambassadors, influenced school mental health policies, and helped reduce bullying incidents in participating schools. Her work combines advocacy, technology, and education to create safer, more supportive environments for children, ensuring that students are empowered to stand against bullying and prioritize their well-being.
