Dedicated to raising awareness about healthy living, Antonio promotes the “Plant Your Meal” initiative, encouraging communities to grow, prepare, and eat nutritious food daily. He has participated for five consecutive years in international essay contests on themes connected to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, earning recognition for his writing. Beyond his research on natural approaches to curing diabetes, he also educates peers about sustainable food production, environmental protection, and child protection. Through workshops, campaigns, and social media, Antonio has reached up to 500 people, using both online and offline platforms to spread his message of sustainable living and healthier futures.
