Arif (origin Aghanistan) grew up amid the struggles of conflict and poverty, where education and safety were uncertain. These experiences gave him a deep empathy for children—especially girls and orphans—who are often denied their basic rights. At just 15, he has emerged as a powerful advocate for education and child participation, founding initiatives that provide free schooling, mental health support, and community aid to children in Afghanistan and beyond. His determination to fight for every child’s right to dignity and opportunity reflects both his personal journey and his unshakable belief in equality.

As the youngest president of Hatam International Organization, Arif leads programs that reach hundreds of vulnerable children. His online school now serves over 200 students, including girls who face cultural barriers to learning. He has organized donation drives for orphans, introduced mental health workshops, and carried out advocacy campaigns to shift attitudes toward inclusive education—all while facing real risks for challenging restrictive norms. Supported by mentors, teachers, and family, Arif continues to prove that young voices, even in the most difficult circumstances, can open doors to education and inspire communities to defend children’s rights.
