Aurora is a passionate advocate for education and gender equality, determined to empower Indigenous girls in Peru to explore STEM and leadership opportunities. Motivated by her grandmother’s experience of denied education due to gender inequality, Aurora founded Warmitech, the country’s first club offering STEM and leadership programs in native languages. She provides culturally respectful spaces for girls aged 7–17 to develop confidence, pursue science, and grow as leaders. Aurora also organizes virtual initiatives, school workshops, and mentorship programs, reaching thousands of students across Peru and Latin America, while guiding a volunteer team to expand her impact.

Through Warmitech and her broader advocacy, Aurora has inspired children to embrace their potential, connect with their culture, and envision careers in STEM. Her programs combine innovation, inclusivity, and leadership, fostering educational access and empowering Indigenous girls to challenge societal limitations, speak up, and take charge of their futures.
