Ayesha comes from a poor family and even though she was enrolled in high school and had excellent grades, at the age of 14 her parents decided to marry her off to a man in exchange for money. As soon as Ayesha found this out she informed the police station in order to be saved from this arrangement. She then also went to the Legal Aid department of TMSS and explained what happened to her. Ayesha now established herself as a protective voice against early marriage in the community. Early marriage is gradually decreasing due to her voice.
