Ayisha encourages people to talk freely and with no fear about menstrual hygiene management. Ayisha is the peer educator in her school and works towards raising awareness about menstrual hygiene for everyone around her. She campaigned for three years to install an incinerator at school and she insisted for a training to be provided for the girls about the safe disposal of sanitary waste, until it finally happened. Ayisha states that all this is important to gain more gender equality and that men should be aware of menstruation too. Both sexes deserve to gain equal knowledge and responsibility.
