Beverly has been a vocal advocate for children’s rights, particularly gender equality, since the age of nine. She received numerous awards for singing about peace and human rights. Aside from that, Beverly composes poems about poverty, climate change and peace. She shared her poem at the Parliament of Zimbabwe during the Model United Nations for High Schools in 2015. Beverly has appeared in television programs with her singing and recital of poems.
