Chika, 15, and her younger brother Kingdavid, 12, are dedicated advocates for children’s rights and community peace in Nigeria. Growing up in environments where access to education, healthcare, and conflict-free spaces was limited, they were motivated to create positive change for vulnerable children. Chika and Kingdavid work to amplify children’s voices, promote conflict resolution, and foster environments where young people can thrive safely. Their efforts are fueled by empathy, determination, and a strong commitment to ensuring that all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Supported by their parents, mentors, and children’s rights organizations, the siblings have implemented impactful initiatives. They provide peace education and conflict resolution training to families and communities, mentor young people, and engage in community outreach programs. Their work has earned recognition such as the Rotary Peace Certificate of Recognition and the Peace Leader Certificate. Online, their campaigns, articles, and videos have reached a wide audience, while offline, their workshops and community activities have created safer and more harmonious environments, empowering children and adults to actively promote peace and protect children’s rights.
