After migrating from the USA, Chiara now lives in Jakarta, Indonesia, where she found a passion for developmental economics and poverty alleviation. She was concerned about children begging on the streets and wanted to call out the cruel system that forced young children out of school. She founded ‘Cases 4 Care Indonesia’ in 2017, when she was only 11 years old, to increase access to quality education in a landfill site ‘Bantar Gebang’.  She has set up 5 libraries and schools, helping 90 children every day, and showing us that age doesn’t limit what we can achieve!
