In 2019, Christina helped launching Bite Back 2030, which is a youth-led movement for a fairer and healthier food system. Last year, she started a petition calling on UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson to not abandon 1.3 million children living in disadvantaged families and successfully convinced him to provide meal support through the school holidays. Christina has directly engaged industry leaders from companies. Christina has spoken about her campaign for a fairer and healthier food system in the UK to global audiences on multiple channels including the BBC, Archewell Audio and Eat Forum. She is currently fronting a long-term campaign to review the quality of all school food provision in the UK.
