Corine set up “Watoto Mbele” (Children let’s go ahead), a club that consists of denouncing all kinds of violence against children in Karisimbi and Goma Commune (Goma Town) via the media. The organised activities surround topics like: non-violence, peace, children’s rights and gender equality. Corine is also the team Leader of Christian children at Afia Bora Church and composer of religious songs, songs of VIH/SIDA, poems and theatres preaching the establishment of peace in DRC, namely in North-Kivu province.
