David has dedicated himself to ensuring equitable access to quality education for children across Kazakhstan. Witnessing firsthand the disparities between urban and rural students, as well as between different socio-economic backgrounds, he founded the Republican Educational Organization to create opportunities where none existed. Through mentorship programs, STEM initiatives, gender-awareness forums, and internship opportunities, David builds platforms that empower youth to learn, grow, and thrive regardless of their circumstances. Supported by his school and networks of mentors, he combines personal experience with strategic action, making his work deeply rooted in empathy, justice, and a desire for systemic change.

His STEM journal and IGCSE prep programs give underprivileged students access to academic resources and global publication opportunities.
