David lives in Iasi, Romania, with his family. He started painting when he was 5 years old, using several techniques. He produced thousands of paintings and participated in countless competitions and charitable events, helping many needy children. With the money he raised from selling his paintings, David helped build a school and a kindergarten for children from Kenya and bought educational materials for children to be able to go to school. He has supported a lot of projects in the Chalbi desert from Kenya for poor children, such as: kindergarten, educational and social programmes, water and food projects. He also helps the homeless people from his town and other categories of needy people. He sends money monthly to the children from Chalbi desert to help them have a better life. In this sense, he organised many charity events to raise funds.
