Eiman initiated the project of the Collection of tea Leaves and Coffee grounds to be used as a free source of Highly Potent Organic Fertiliser. She established collection points all over her city collecting the residue from the community, local shops, cafes, and volunteers. In total, she collected 5 tons of fertilizer in 2 years and 7 months and managed to motivate her school mates to contribute and conduct speeches. She has addressed many students from different platforms, which has made a great impact on youth. In addition, Eiman found that used tea leaves and coffee grounds can be used (instead of disposed). With them, she creates free compression garments for burnt patients. She established collection points all over her city collecting the residue from the community, local shops, cafes, and volunteers. She’s also reached out to those who suffered from burns. In total, more than 1200 compressions garments have been distributed to over 700 patients free of cost (price over Rs. 3000 on the market). In addition, she fundraised for the provision of medical treatment and medicines for burnt patients. She has raised approximately Rs. 500,000 (PKR), which was given for the treatment of those who needed financial support. She is currently working on the scalability of her projects. She wants to establish volunteer camps for fertilizer collection, and she is working on the launch of her website where students can become part of her initiatives. Lastly, she is also working towards the clean-up of the shores of Pakistan. To be precise, she is working tirelessly to build an amphibious vehicle which can rover on land and water both for the plastic pollution collection at the shores of Balochistan.
