Estephanya is a soprano opera singer and a social activist. She says that the fine arts are a medium to eradicate the violence suffered. As a result, children can become more sensitive and thoughtful adults, with a love for the fine arts. Therefore, she has formed a program called “One More Friend”, which aims to motivate children and young people to adopt “one more friend” in their lives: music, dance, painting, reading, photography, or any other art. During the Covid-19 pandemic, her conferences and activities moved online, which enabled her to reach diverse people, foundations, and civil organisations across Latin-America.
