Fatima is a climate change activist. She has done countless social media climate change awareness campaigns through which she reached many kids in Nigeria. She created her own organization “Generation Enough” (@gen.enough) where she raises awareness about climate change, hunger and poverty. Fatima is the brain behind the #zeroplastics2023 and #generationenough campaigns in Nigeria and she is the team leader of Friday’s for future Africa. Fatima has participated in the Technovation challenge for girls 2 times in a row (2019 and 2020) in which a team of 5 girls are required to create an app to solve a problem in the community, the first app (2019) was to solve the issue of sexual harassment while the second app(2020) was an app to help with Covid 19.
