Felix is a young 13-year-old musician who fights against discrimination of children. Felix participated in and contributed to the International Composition Contest ‘Sounds of Children’s Rights’ by submitting his self-composed piece of music ‘Free from fear’, which musically portrays the Convention on the Rights of the Child. With his composition, Felix wants to encourage other children to stand against all forms of discrimination. The rehearsal recording of Felix’s composition ‘Freedom from Fear’ was transmitted at last year’s International Conference on Children’s Rights in Strasbourg from November 2019. It was also selected for the concert performance on November 2020 at the Wiener Konzerthaus, University of Performing Arts and Music Vienna. In the future, Felix will continue to use musical means to point out the need to implement children’s rights in all societies.
