Firoz founded his own organisation “One Step For Tomorrow”, which raises awareness about children’s rights and aims to prevent child abuse. Firoz is building this community against drug addiction, illiteracy, early marriage, child labour, cyber bullying and gender discrimination, which are all obstacles for the development of a child. He offers seminars, workshops, as well as self-development programs for children. Firoz has a huge youth volunteer network. All together, they execute all the plans.
