Happy Esperance left her parents in 2012 and started living with her aunt. Since then she has been a keen advocate of child rights. In 2018, in the campaign organized by ANACEB, she sent an advocacy message to the Benin authorities and asked them to create playgrounds for children. The result of her action was the creation of the advocacy book mainly composed by messages from children in Benin. This book has been transferred to Benin authorities for implementation. In the future, Happy plans to become a lawyer and fight against child abuse in Benin and the world.
