Hekmatullah is as a volunteer with the Afghan Association of Hamilton, in this way, provides necessary advice and English language training programmes for new-comer teenagers and   women   who   need   advice   to   integrate   into   the   new   society. He gives necessary advice to newcomer teenagers with serious mental problems, and hundreds of young people have benefited from this youth’s educational services. He had  created a children’s for children network in Afghanistan, and through that, he obtained financial aid for hundreds of poor children who could not afford to go to school.
