Istiak created a community adolescent group to reduce social harassment. He also set up a study group to develop leadership capacity among adolescents. He organises informal training for adolescent and capacity enhancement in related field to upgrade their livelihood, giving drop out students a second chance in education. Istiak also organises income generating programmes to reduce the financial sufferings. In the future Istiak wants to formalise his platform.
