Janna is known on social media, where she reports on the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. She started doing this when she was seven years old, to document the conflict in a way that media outlets do not. Over the years, her appearances as an “amateur journalist” has developed into a fight for human and children’s rights and equality. In 2017 Janna was awarded an international welfare prize in Istanbul. Last year she was in Rome as a member of the Earth Caravan to visit the Pope. She was the bearer of the Flame of Peace.
