Jasmeh, a 17-year-old changemaker from India, transforms gender and class barriers in STEM into opportunity for young girls. Having experienced underrepresentation herself as part of India’s first all-girls F1 in Schools team, she founded Girls on the Grid, a nonprofit providing hands-on STEM workshops for underprivileged girls aged 9–12. Jasmeh empowers children to explore engineering, motorsports, and innovation, building confidence and challenging stereotypes.

Supported by her parents, school leaders, and technical mentors, Jasmeh combines grassroots action with global advocacy. She has reached thousands through workshops in 15 schools across Delhi, inter-school competitions, and social media campaigns. Her TEDx talks and conference appearances amplify her message internationally, inspiring girls to embrace STEM and break barriers imposed by gender or economic background.
