All 2025 Children’s Peace Prize Nominees

At just 14, Jawad founded Grace Hope, a foundation dedicated to supporting marginalized children in Bangladesh, with a special focus on Rohingya refugees, street children, and slum children. His projects provide food, education, shelter, and emotional care to thousands of vulnerable young people. Inspired by the suffering of displaced Rohingya children, he launched initiatives like the Hope for Rohingya Children program, the Meal for Free project, and the Jawad Orphanage, each addressing urgent needs while offering pathways to long-term healing and dignity. Jawad’s work reflects his deep belief that no child should be forgotten.

Through Grace Hope, Jawad has reached more than 10,000 children with meals, schooling, and protection. His online advocacy, followed by thousands, has amplified child rights issues across Bangladesh and beyond, while his offline projects have delivered direct impact in refugee camps and urban slums. By combining compassion with action, Jawad has become a leading youth voice for child protection and education in one of the world’s most challenging humanitarian contexts.
