Jorelis began teaching students, and the more time she spent with them she realised the importance of education for a better life. Jorelis began reaching out to organisations to participate in projects. She became involved with a project called M&M forall. This project is based on giving classes to children from the lower class of Villanueva or nearby places: San Agustin, Caribayona and Puerto Risales. 140 children have been supported by Jorelis through the project M&M forall. Jorelis  dream is to start her own foundation and in her free time, dedicate herself to teaching displaced children.
