Joshua raises awareness on climate change, scleroderma disease, child rights, and stray animals. He organises (due to the pandemic) online talks and webinars to raise awareness about scleroderma and climate change and he still conducts donation drives for animals and children affected by natural disasters in his country. Joshua became part of the local organization Junior Chamber International Malabon Grande.
