Juliet Barasa is an environmental advocate from Kenya. Growing up in Nambale, where children suffer from malnutrition due to poor plastic waste management, Juliet has taken a leading role in environmental activism. She organizes community events and seminars to educate people about reducing plastic waste and reusing materials. Juliet’s efforts have reached over 6,000 participants and helped 250 community members start plastic reuse businesses, improving health and environmental conditions in her community.
