As the leader of Rajasthan’s first visually challenged women’s soccer team, Kashni has demonstrated remarkable commitment to youth empowerment through sports. Her organization of a football tournament for visually challenged children marked a significant step in advocating for the rights and inclusion of all children. Her leadership extends into various roles, including President and Head of Outreach at ScoutMe, a member of the Girl Up Foundation, founder of the NGO Hoprise, and a core team member at Wode Foundation. She is also recognized as a UN Young Champion for Refugees. Kashni’s impactful campaigns include securing substantial funds for the Umang autism center, which has enabled inclusive sports participation for over 400 individuals and propelled women empowerment projects focusing on education, fundraising, and team management.
