Kayanett’s experience with period poverty ignited her passion for social change. At 16 years old she founded the Kaynett Pad Project, driven by her own savings and supported by family and friends. This initiative reflects her resilience and determination, and commitment to making a difference, even in the face of challenges. She began providing menstrual hygiene supplies to at least 50 vulnerable girls in a local primary school every month since 2020. She has been actively involved in raising awareness about menstrual hygiene and combating stigma through advocacy campaigns.
