Maydelith is committed to fighting for the rights of people with disabilities. She is one of the founders of “Hablemons con las manos” a youth NGO dedicated to promoting the rights of the deaf community and encouraging the learning of Peruvian Sign Language. She has impacted a community of more than 40 adolescents and young people teaching them how to interact with people with motor disabilities and how to facilitate their inclusion in society.
