Golam is part of the National Children’s Parliament and has made changes in terms of children’s rights in education, health and preventing violence against children. Golam started an organization “Bangladesh Kishor Intellegence Agency” to raise awareness regarding the safety of and crime against children. He also publishes a monthly magazine for highlighting the rights and problems that children face and organises various sports and cultural events to entertain orphaned children. Golam is currently serving as the Honorable Union Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh National Child Parliament, BNCP. In the future Golam wants to create a fund for social services.
