Medhnaa and her brother have been visiting orphanages for children rescued from child labour and trafficking. With her fundraisers she has raised over 15,000 dollars for a non-profit called Touch of Life Foundation. She has collected and donated over 2000 pieces of clothing to the less fortunate. Medhnaa also distributed supplies to the homeless in Washington DC. She further educated about purchasing power to ensure her peers are not buying from companies that use child labour.
