Mikołaj lives in a small district town and he is founder of Foundation for the Student’s Rights. Mikołaj is the only person working in his foundation, so he is conducting all its activities. The foundation organizes a national contest on knowledge of student rights. In 2017 he was one of the three presidents of the annual Polish Youth Meeting. He also created a youth council of his district. He wrote its rules and regulations and talked with the starost of the district, and then became its secretary. Mikolaj was one of the co-founders of Parliament of the Children and Teenagers. He created his own newspaper called ‘Kongresy’ and became its editor-in-chief. The newspaper writes about youth policy in Poland. He wrote an academic paper about student rights ombudsman, which was published in a scientific journal called ‘Palestra’. In the future, he will publish a book on children rights and expand his activities.
