Moses’ empathy and seeing the rights of children being abused motivated him to become a child rights advocate. He was elected as Cabinet Secretary of Agriculture in the County Children Assembly. This opened doors for him and he engaged in several advocacy initiatives.  In 2018 he was elected as the Speaker of the County’s Children Assembly.  He was also invited to attend the Elders Community Forum where he talked about the dangers of FGM, the right of children to education and other rights. Moreover, he was invited as a guest on a radio talk show at North Rift Radio twice. Here he raised awareness on children’s rights and the FGM menace. Moses also represented his county at the regional level during a Public Participation Forum in review of the Bill of Rights of Children.
