Mugisha Ermin  is a dedicated young advocate for child protection in Rwanda. Motivated by his upbringing and a strong sense of justice, he works to ensure that marginalized children receive the rights and support they deserve. Mugisha rescues children from the streets, encourages families to provide safe homes, and teaches peers about their rights to participate in society. He strengthens informal learning by sharing knowledge and mentorship, helping children overcome educational challenges. His initiatives foster community awareness, inspiring parents and local leaders to support children’s development. Through local campaigns and peer engagement, Mugisha’s work has created a ripple effect, promoting the protection and empowerment of children across his community and the wider East African region.
