Muhammad, 17, from Lahore, Pakistan, has turned his experiences of witnessing urban poverty into a mission for justice and child rights. He founded initiatives like the “Right to Identity” campaign, helping over 300 unregistered children gain access to education and healthcare, and the “Kids Can Speak” program, which gives youth in underserved areas a platform to voice their concerns to local authorities. He also developed Urdu safety booklets, trained children to recognize and report unsafe situations, and established “Childwatch Zones” in high-risk neighborhoods.

Through campaigns such as “Warmth for Winter” and “Bags Not Streets,” Rafae has provided clothing and school supplies to hundreds of children while engaging over 2,000 individuals in interactive awareness sessions, street plays, and workshops. Supported by Rizq and Akhuwat Foundation, Rafae has mobilized communities both online—reaching 40,000+ people—and offline, inspiring youth and adults to participate in child protection and educational initiatives. His work empowers children to speak, learn, and thrive despite challenging circumstances.
