Munim founded a non-profit social development organisation “Tigers of Bangladesh” (TOB), with which he leads an anti-rape movement, protects the fundamental rights of street children and the extra demands and rights for the people with disabilities. He also made the anti-rape and anti-harassment helpline “We are future” in his home district. In addition, he is trying to convert the helpline into an app and wants to spread the services all over Bangladesh. Munim is also implementing a new project named “Innovation to Inclusion (i2i)” for the prosperity of the people with disabilities, through creating facilities and services.
