Nicole founded the ‘If You Can Dream Foundation’ and the ‘Innovation International Foundation’. She is passionate about environmental protection and has worked alongside students following the Taal Volcano eruption in the Philippines in 2020. She has been working on creating sustainable food production prototypes. She has helped 85 students return to school following the Taal Volcano eruptions
