Oviya, a 14-year-old from India, is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, environmental action, and education. She founded Rising Changemakers, a platform that empowers children, particularly girls, to develop leadership and public speaking skills and to take meaningful action in their communities. Oviya also leads Youth Today Magazine as CEO, organizes environmental clean-ups and plantation drives, and has established peer mentorship networks connecting young changemakers for skill-sharing and support. She has spoken at global stages including the University of Oxford Peace Summit and delivered TEDx talks reaching over 100,000 people online.

Through her initiatives, Oviya has directly impacted over 3,000 individuals offline, and her Rising Changemakers program has engaged more than 1,000 children in youth-led projects and Changemaker Clubs. Her work fosters environmental awareness, youth participation, and leadership development, creating ripple effects that have influenced over 150,000 people in her communities and online.
