Paavani has been volunteering for over 1,200 hours in multiple avenues of Community Service. In the Save the Girl Child Project she has campaigned and raised awareness about saving the girl child, highlighting the harmful practice of female feticide. Paavani also motivated parents and mobilized infants to take polio drops for the cause of eradicating polio in India. She recognized the need for blood donations and participated in a walk to motivate more people to donate blood. Paavani also helped to take care of abandoned homeless senior citizens, mentally challenged people and deprived women and children; taking them to a shelter providing care and assistance to people in need.
