Pritam, a 16-year-old from Nepal, is a passionate advocate for children’s rights, working to create safer, more inclusive environments and promote access to education. Supported by his family and organizations such as Jagriti Child Club Nepal, CWIN, Save the Children, and the Red Cross, Pritam leads initiatives that raise awareness on child protection, child marriage, child labor, and legal and health rights. He actively engages peers through workshops, advocacy campaigns, debates, and digital platforms, empowering children to participate in decision-making processes. Through his efforts, Pritam has contributed to policy changes, improved civics and child rights legislation, and strengthened community understanding of the importance of safeguarding vulnerable groups, proving that young people can be effective leaders and changemakers in protecting and advancing children’s rights.
