Reishel witnesses many of her classmates without food. This motivated her to make a change in her environment. In 2017, Reishel began a food drive, she collected food from Qaliwarma to distribute it to the disadvantaged persons. In 2018 – 2019, she has helped an organization to donate panettones and chocolate at Christmas time for low-income families.  In addition to her food drives, Reishel wanted to assist children more, in 2021 Reishel traveled to Vraem -Llochegua and conducted classes for children and young people. She also created a Facebook page to provide help to those who struggle with mathematics.  Reishel wants to promote healthy food, so she is planning to use low-cost products from her region to create an innovative product to help many people who cannot afford to buy healthy food.
