Samaya and Samara, 16-year-old changemakers from India, co-founded Bullying: Full Stop in 2022 after seeing how cyberbullying and mental health struggles were silenced among teens. Their peer-led initiative uses interactive tools like The Anatomy of a Bully and The Bullying Thermometer to spark dialogue, empower students, and drive systemic change in schools. They have established “Peer Bully Police” squads, campaigned for policy reforms, and extended their work to blind schools, ensuring inclusivity in their fight against bullying.

The sisters also launched PLAN Y, a global youth policy platform training 350+ members to advocate on issues from mental health legislation to education equity. Through programs like LEAP and partnerships with the Government of India’s ATL Sarthi initiative, they have bridged divides between public and private school students, engaging over 5,000 learners. With more than 40,000 digital interactions, 150+ workshops, and youth-led submissions to lawmakers, Samaya and Samara are normalizing mental health conversations and embedding empathy-based leadership into schools across India.
