Sarah has made significant strides in mental health advocacy despite facing a chronic health condition. She founded Mind4Youth, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to provide mental health resources to underserved youth. Sarah has published a book titled “A Guide to Teen Mental Health” and is researching disparities in mental health services in correctional facilities. Her nonprofit has over 8,200 members, raised $191,000, and impacted 1.1 million youth across 40 countries. Sarah’s efforts, including a planned partnership with a major educational platform, continue to expand her reach and influence in mental health advocacy.
