Living amidst the dangers of a war zone, Sana and Ahmed Zeer, siblings aged 15 and 17, are committed to empowering themselves and their community through innovative projects. Sana developed the ‘Smart Cane for the Blind,’ an enhanced tool equipped with sensors and alert mechanisms to aid visually impaired individuals. She also initiated the “Smart Tree Project” and authored “Science Builds Nations,” showcased at the 2023 Idlib book fair, to inspire children towards education.

Ahmed created the (Nahol) smartphone app for children with diabetes to manage their medication and developed the Smart Motor Track and Camera Roll 360 projects, enhancing mechanical and software applications for educational and practical uses. Their achievements have brought them media attention and inspired many in their community.
